AFTER SEEKING WISDOM FROM THE COUNTY OF VENTURA, THE CDC AND OUR STAFF, WE HAVE MADE THE DECISION TO CANCEL ALL VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. BELOW YOU WILL FIND INFORMATION ABOUT OUR REGULAR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFORMATION, PLEASE FILL OUT A VOLUNTEER APPLICATION BELOW AND ONE OF OUR VOLUNTEER COORDINATORS WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND PRAYERS DURING THIS TIME!
Our regular volunteer opportunities involve serving a lunch or dinner meal to our guests, Monday-Friday. These shifts include helping to prepare and set-up our dining room, assist the men in our culinary arts program with meal preparation, meal service, and clean-up.
We do require that all volunteers under the age of 18 must volunteer with an adult/guardian.
If this is your first time serving with us, please sign-up to attend a Volunteer Orientation. We will ask you to fill out a Volunteer Application and pick a date and time for you to come in to receive a tour of our facilities, learn more about the programs and services that we provide and see what a regular meal service shift will look like.
